Indiana Wellness College ("IWC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices available to you.
This policy applies to the IWC website, online forms, email and text-message communications, and other interactions that link to this policy. A program, service, or form may provide an additional notice when its data practices differ from this policy.

Where permitted by law, consistent with your choices, and with consent when required, we may provide limited first-party contact identifiers—such as an email address or telephone number that you gave directly to IWC—to advertising and analytics providers through a secure matching process. A provider may compare the identifiers with its users so that IWC can reach or re-engage people who may be interested in IWC, exclude people from ads that are no longer relevant, measure conversions, and improve advertising relevance and performance. Providers process this information under their applicable terms and data-protection obligations.
We do not use text-message originator opt-in data, SMS consent records, or a phone number collected solely through the SMS opt-in process for customer-list advertising. A telephone number is eligible only when it was provided to IWC through a separate first-party interaction and any notice or consent required for advertising use has been provided or obtained.
We also exclude student education records, personal information derived from education records, people who opted out of advertising use, and data that we know relates to children under 13.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may describe some digital advertising activities as targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or sharing. You may opt out as described below.
To opt out of IWC's use of your information for customer-list advertising, email [email protected] with the subject line Advertising Opt-Out, or use the unsubscribe link in an IWC marketing email. We will add your information to our do-not-advertise list and exclude it from future customer-list uploads. We may keep limited information on a suppression list so that we can continue to honor your request.

IWC uses mobile information provided through our text-messaging program to administer the program and send requested messages. Mobile phone information, text-message originator opt-in data, and SMS consent collected through this program will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to vendors that help us deliver and support IWC text messages, but only as needed to provide services to IWC and subject to appropriate restrictions.
Consent to receive IWC text messages is specific to the IWC messaging program and is not consent for customer-list advertising.

IWC handles student education records in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other applicable student-privacy laws.
FERPA generally gives an eligible student the right to inspect and review education records, request amendment of records believed to be inaccurate, consent to disclosures of personally identifiable information from education records except when FERPA permits disclosure without consent, and file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Education's Student Privacy Policy Office.
IWC generally does not disclose personally identifiable information from education records without the eligible student's written consent unless a FERPA exception applies. Access without consent is limited to authorized school officials who have a legitimate educational interest and to other parties permitted by law. Service providers that receive education-record information must be subject to the controls and use restrictions required by FERPA and applicable agreements.
IWC does not use education records—including enrollment, attendance, grades, financial-aid, disciplinary, or other student-record information—for targeted advertising, customer-list matching, or lookalike audiences.
This general privacy policy does not replace IWC's annual FERPA notice, student catalog or handbook provisions, directory-information notice, or consent forms. Those materials provide additional information about student-record rights and procedures.
